25037 RTOS3: Building Applications using the Zephyr State Machine Framework (August 2025)
This class will guide you through the Zephyr State Machine Framework, focusing on its architecture, core components, and efficient design of state-driven systems.
This class will guide you through the Zephyr State Machine Framework, focusing on its architecture, core components, and efficient design of state-driven systems. You will implement state machines using Zephyr's APIs, managing states and event-driven transitions within embedded systems. The course will also cover best practices for optimizing state machine performance and reliability in real-time, resource-constrained environments. By the end of the class, you will be able to develop and execute state machines for multi-threaded or single-thread applications on an MCU.
Prerequisites:
Familiarity with the Zephyr RTOS environment.
