Wireless IoT is hard! Microchip's RNWF11 UART to Cloud solution simplifies cloud connectivity by providing a complete IoT attach device to your existing microcontroller. This class begins by introducing WiFi and MQTT terminology, services, features and abilities. You will then prototype a complete RNWF11 AT-Command sequence that connects securely to a local WiFi network, then creates a secure MQTT connection to a public MQTT broker. By the end of this class, you will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to prototype a variety of RNWF11 IoT connection sequences for your custom applications.
