About this course
This eLearning module introduces Microchip Technology's environmental, social, and governance (ESG) expectations for our supply chain partners. Learners will explore Microchip's Supplier Code of Conduct and key supply chain policies, understand alignment with global standards, and gain practical knowledge across three pillars of supplier responsibility: environmental stewardship, human rights and labor practices, and governance and ethics.
By the end of this module, suppliers will understand what Microchip expects, why responsible sourcing matters to the broader supply chain, and how Microchip supports partners at every stage of their ESG journey.
